Let me introduce myself. I’m Bullimalinna Sot, founder of Sodaro, a platform built from both personal grit and professional curiosity. I’m a globally ranked swing trader, an interaction designer from East Oakland, and a self-taught strategist who has spent years navigating the markets using a formula I created through trial, error, and relentless research. I’ve balanced full-time work and grad school while staying active in the markets, learning from every win and every mistake. Sodaro isn’t just another financial app. It’s a living, breathing experience for people like me, people who didn’t grow up with access to trading mentors or financial literacy. My vision is to make AI-powered market insights human, accessible, and culturally grounded, especially for underserved communities. I don’t want users to feel like passive players in someone else's system. I want them to feel seen, heard, and equipped. Sodaro is built with interaction at its core, between users and data, and between users and me. I’m here to engage, to listen, and to build something that actually works for the people who need it most.

Dove into behavioral research — studying fear-driven trading patterns through social media. This sparked my awareness of the creative limitations in existing financial apps.
Returned to college to sharpen my creative and technical skills — starting with UX design fundamentals at DVC, mastering tools like Figma.
Going back to CSU in the Interaction Design & Interactive Art Master Program wthin the STEM and joining many events such as Ideathon, Expanding into UI and JavaScript, shaping my vision for Sodaro. By semester’s end, I began prototyping and pitching Sodaro as my graduate thesis concept.
Attended startup conventions while juggling hybrid studies at CSU and DVC. Learned Python, connected with innovative designers, and built traction on Sodaro’s foundation.
Preparing Sodaro for incorporation as a C-Corp. Figma prototypes will be shared with early investors. Copyrights, trademarks, and patents will be filed.
Sodaro was born to bridge that gap.I'm actively honing my pitch by presenting in front of professors, fellow students, and early-stage investors — not only to refine my message & idea, but to learn how to confidently raise capital beyond my own contributions. I'm focused on connecting with angel investors who share Sodaro’s mission: making financial literacy and market access more intuitive for underserved communities through AI-driven insights. Also got awarded at Ideathon a tech startup convention.
Using Figma, Adobe, Python, and a Postgres database to develop the first version of Sodaro's real-time data analysis and buddy insight system—an AI-powered engine that pulls live API data from news sources, social media, earnings reports, political shifts, and even weather patterns. By capturing early behavioral trends, Sodaro helps identify the domino effect behind major price movements, giving swing traders a sharper edge and everyday users a smarter view of what’s really moving the market.
